Do you have what it takes to join us on our mission? </div><div><br></div><div><b>We’re recruiting across Peterborough, Cambridge, Norwich &amp; Ipswich!</b></div><div><br></div><div><b>What you’ll do </b></div><div>At Octopus Energy Services, we put the customers’ experience at high priority, so you’ll carry out the work respectfully at their property. From day one you’ll be learning about new technologies and getting awesome training to give you the skills to assist the installation engineer. </div><div><br></div><div><b>Who you are </b></div><div>We're looking for passionate people who have worked on the installation of heating systems, and we provide full training for candidates looking to make the transition to renewables! </div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>You'll be responsible for:</h3><ul><li>Working as part of a team of two to install low carbon technology in customers’ homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps. </li><li>Using your knowledge and experience of domestic heating and plumbing systems to prepare and install unvented cylinders, pipework, and radiators </li><li>Planning and communicating with the wider team and customers </li><li>Continuously learning about new technologies at our innovative R&amp;D training centre </li></ul><h3> What do we need from you?</h3><ul><li>NVQ Level 2 plumbing qualification (or equivalent experience) and plenty of experience on the ‘wet’ side of domestic heating systems </li><li>It’s also essential that you have a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points. </li></ul><h3>Other qualities we'd love to see include:</h3><ul><li>A laser customer focus - communication is key </li><li>A proactive, ‘can do’ attitude</li><li>A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>WRAS Water Supply Regs or UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems can also be beneficial but not essential! </li></ul><h3>Join us in the Octoverse!</h3><ul><li>£26,000 - £30,000 base salary with overtime available (+ London weighting if living within M25) </li><li>£2,500 annual performance bonus </li><li>Share Options in Octopus Energy </li><li>£25 per week lunch allowance </li><li>Training programme at our groundbreaking R&amp;D centre </li><li>Use of company tools, uniform and all PPE </li><li>Company Vehicle and fuel </li><li>Support for personal development in Renewable Tech </li></ul><br><div><b style="font-size:11pt;">The next steps</b><span style="font-size:11pt;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">We do things a little differently around here.
