Pledge makes it simple for businesses of every size to understand and manage the climate impact of their products. By providing tools and infrastructure, we automate the delivery of climate solutions - such as footprint measurement, reduction and offsetting - into customer journeys.

We're on a mission to make businesses climate aware and help accelerate their transition to net zero. Pledge was founded in 2021 by early employees of Revolut and the co-founder of Freetrade.


As one of Pledge’s first business development hire you'll be building up Pledge’s sales and partnerships function. You'll work in close collaboration with the founders and the marketing team as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

Pledge works with B2B customers across a range of sectors including logistics, travel, e-commerce amongst others. The role will entail developing and implementing Pledge’s go-to-market strategy and driving growth by building a deep understanding of our business and our customers’ needs.


  • Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Identify each client’s unique needs and cultivate effective sales strategies
  • Help educate customers on the value of Pledge and provide subject matter expertise
  • Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Augmenting the Pledge product by gathering and communicating customer and market feedback with the product team
  • Collaborating with the team on new business lines to build and leading their developments


  • 3 to 5 years of experience selling B2B SaaS products
  • Track record of being a high performer
  • Previous training and/or experience with sales methodologies
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Worked at a large tech company or high growth startup
