Are you a design professional with a passion for visual storytelling?
We're looking for an exceptional Creative Designer to join Continuum Industries and bring technical concepts to life. You'll shape compelling visual narratives and contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal of our brand.
Your work will be a cornerstone of our creative journey, including crafting captivating designs that resonate with our audience, enhancing our brand's identity, and creating visually stunning experiences across digital and print mediums. You'll collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to create marketing, sales and technical collaterals that will elevate our creative efforts.
Key responsibilities:
- Conceptualisation and Design: Collaborate with various teams to create visually captivating designs for digital and print platforms, transforming creative briefs into effective designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Branding and Visual Identity: Contribute to the evolution of our brand's visual identity and ensure consistent brand representation across all design projects.
- Diverse Collateral Creation: Develop engaging marketing, sales, and technical materials, including social media graphics, product mockups, digital ads, brochures, and presentations that resonate with our target audience.
- Illustrative Storytelling: Infuse creativity and originality into visual narratives through custom illustrations and iconography.
- Web Design: Design and optimise website layouts and landing pages, ensuring they are responsive and mobile-friendly.
- Photo and Video: Enhance product images and mockups to align with brand aesthetics, and produce/edit short videos to showcase Optioneer and life at Continuum Industries.
- Effective Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhere to timelines, deliver high-quality work, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
What you'll bring:
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) and web design tools like Webflow, including responsive design and HTML/CSS. You'll have experience creating/editing video.
- Quality Focus: Exceptional attention to detail demonstrating a commitment to producing high-quality designs.
- Impact: Demonstrated ability to create diverse and creative designs, with a portfolio showcasing these skills.
- Adaptability: Capability to tailor design styles for different audiences and platforms.
- Communication: Strong communication skills that facilitate effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Time Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to solving design challenges and embracing feedback.

Our interview process:
- 30min conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to get to know you better and vice versa.
- 45 min Interview/portfolio review with the Hiring Manager
- Offline design assignment
- Final interview involving both practical and behavioural aspects

Continuum Industries follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences.
