MissionThe mission of the Portfolio Operations team is to provide operations support for Omnidian’s clients and their portfolios of residential solar assets. Portfolio Operations team members will advocate for their client’s interests internally and ensure Omnidian delivers an unmatched client experience. The Portfolio Operations Associate is a subject matter expert for Portfolio Operations processes and will act as a resource for our clients as well as internal Omnidian teams. The Portfolio Operations Associate will monitor and report on the performance of portfolios of residential assets.  
Outcomes1. Provide Ongoing Support to your portfolio(s)●The Portfolio Operations Associate will create, update, and improve process documents and resources related to the Portfolio Operations team●The Portfolio Operations Associate will act as a subject matter expert to the Portfolio Operations team and support with reporting and case management 
2. Maintain an Effective & Successful Client Relationship with your client(s)●The Portfolio Operations Associate will manage operations processes and Omnidian responsibilities as outlined in their client contracts●Example responsibilities associated with this outcome: ○Case Management ○Requesting approval for services not covered by the client contract ○Performance Guarantee Management (if applicable) ○Homeowner Escalation support 
3. Manage Portfolio Remediation, Projects, and Reporting for portfolio(s)●The Portfolio Operations Associate will create and annotate monthly client reporting packages●The Portfolio Operations Associate will receive and manage ad-hoc reporting requests from clients and ensure appropriate response and/or delivery of reporting●The Portfolio Operations Associate will help design and implement portfolio remediation projects, in coordination with the client and internal Omnidian teams, and ensure their success 
4. Provide Partner & Vendor Management Support●The Portfolio Operations Associate will cooperate with Portfolio Operations Specialists/Managers to deliver a seamless client experience and ensure effective cooperation enabling all parties to deliver an exceptional homeowner experience●The Portfolio Operations Associate will help design and implement intercompany processes and ensure the reliable exchange of information across partners
