Where in the world of OVO will I be working?
Part of the OVO People Team, you'll be working within our Core Functions Talent Acquisition team who look after a wide range of teams across OVO including our volume hiring areas (Customer Care, field technicians), Shared Services (People, Finance, Legal), Marketing, Data, Product, Commercial and Operations. OVO is growing and our team play a pivotal role in the expansion of our organisation.
What will I be doing?
You'll be partnering with hiring managers across our Core Functions teams to support them in hiring a talented, diverse talent pool. Outside of day to day recruitment, you'll have an opportunity to join one of our Talent Acquisition Workstreams which are focussed on continiously improving what we do in Talent Acquisition and deliver other key initiatives across Inclusion & Diversity, Employer Branding, Data and Engagement.
