This role is essential in aligning ServiceNow’s capabilities with our business processes and strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration across IT, customer service, HR, facilities, security, and manufacturing.</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><p>· Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets the needs of various departments including IT, HR, etc.</p><p>· Act as a hands-on expert in customizing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, directly contributing to coding, configuration, and system enhancements.</p><p>· In partnership with managed services vendor, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions, maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and innovation.</p><p>· Spearhead the integration of ServiceNow across different business units, ensuring processes are streamlined and aligned with company goals.</p><p>· Develop and implement governance frameworks to maintain high performance, security, and compliance standards within the ServiceNow platform.</p><p>· Continuously assess and enhance the platform’s capabilities, staying current with technological advancements and implementing best practices.</p><p>· Engage with key stakeholders, including IT, manufacturing, HR, and executive leadership, to ensure the ServiceNow platform aligns with strategic objectives.</p><p>· Provide technical mentorship to the engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.</p><p>· Lead training initiatives to promote platform adoption and ensure high levels of user proficiency across the organization.</p><p><strong>You Bring: </strong></p><p>· 7+ years in ServiceNow development and system implementation, with significant hands-on experience in a technical leadership role.</p><p>· Proficient in ServiceNow customization, scripting, and platform management.
