Your mission
Project Development:
  • Drive existing Development pipeline to RTB status
  • Evaluate financial viability of existing/new acquisition opportunities
  • Manage and support sales activities of advanced project pipeline.
  • Identify and evaluate potential PV project opportunities in the French market
  • Coordinate project proposals, including concept designs, layouts, and energy production estimates
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals
  • Manage project development activities including risks and resources, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timelines
  • Conduct due diligence on project acquisitions and support contract negotiations
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the PV sector
  • Support project financing activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions
 
Corporate duties:
  • Manage the establishment of a local functional structure
  • Prepare business plan for Greencells France, for discussion with HQ
  • Regularly revise and update on Business plan
  • Track P&L, Cash flow of GC FR
  • Provide monthly Budget forecasting to HQ
 
Partnership engagement:
  • Develop new partnerships and work relationship with existing & new partners
  • Fit working scope to local cooperation partner functions
  • Enable future local team to access HQ function knowledge and procedures
  • Lead the cross functional team to reach and manage execution
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in PV project development, preferably in the French market
  • Strong knowledge of PV technologies, system design, and grid integration
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, permitting processes, and environmental requirements in France
  • Proficiency in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory (both written and verbal)
