Position Mission: Generate Capital is hiring an IT Support Engineer reporting directly to the Director, IT on the Data & Technology team. The mission of this position is to provide ongoing technical support for Generate Capital’s growing userbase across geographies.

ABOUT THE POSITION
As an IT Support Engineer, you will work as part of the Data & Technology team in supporting our organization through identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to our computer systems and networks across locations. You will also help interface with our 3rd party support partner to communicate Generate’s ongoing support needs. You are passionate about problem solving and enjoy collaborating with a variety of different users. You can juggle, and juggle well, managing a variety of priorities and projects simultaneously while remaining patient and empathetic with our users.
