Responsibilities:

• Provides HR support during the ELM (Employee Lifecycle Management) towards all assigned organizational units and teams

• Administrates all operational HR processes including organizational and employee development, Training and Learning, Compensation and Benefits

• Implements and manages an efficient hiring process from application to onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, using company recruitment tools throughout the process (Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn recruiter, etc

• Cultivates strong relationships with stakeholders, engage with hiring managers ensuring best practices are followed, prioritize hiring needs, and gain a deep understanding of work processes.

• Maintains all HR systems (especially Workday), coordinates interface with external provides and ensures compliant administration of all corporate and local policies, rules and processes.

• Supports the trustworthy cooperation with local works councils, trade unions and associations (if exist)

Qualifications:

• Degree in humanities and/or economics; a master’s degree in human resources will be considered a plus.

• 2 or more years’ experience in business administration as a (Junior) HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

• Passionate about Recruitment, candidate management and employer branding

• Experience with Workday Recruiting is an advantage, along with strong IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint

• Proficiency in Czech and English

• Knowledge of the FMCG industry would be an asset
