You will work in a high-performing team environment, and will excel if you are detail-oriented, have a strong sense of urgency, and have impeccable follow-through. You will work both independently and with a diverse set of stakeholders including foresters, GIS analysts, landowners, finance partners, and carbon registries. Extra points for experience managing long-term complex projects, and/or natural resource background. Tasks may include:</span></div><br><br><h3></h3><ul><li>Ensuring reforestation and biomass storage projects are developed in accordance with established internal processes and standardized carbon methodologies</li><li>Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to plan and efficiently execute projects </li><li>Maintaining impeccable records within our project management software and the company’s Google Workspace</li><li>Leveraging exceptional written and verbal communication to create project plans and reports</li><li>Collaborating with the finance team to create and manage complex multi-million dollar budgets</li><li>Creating and improving workflows with an emphasis on process improvement</li><li>Assisting with data analysis and data management</li><li>Staying current on carbon methodologies for forest and biomass storage </li></ul><h3>Basic Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A bachelor's degree is required, and a bachelor of science degree is a plus.</li><li>5-8 years of experience with process building and project/program management.</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple complex high-stakes projects simultaneously. </li><li>Demonstrated follow-through from project ideation through execution.</li><li>Proven ability to break down and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience with business applications within Google Suite and project management software such as Asana, Trello, or equivalent.</li><li>Experience in vendor management and scheduling.</li><li>Bonus: Industry knowledge or experience in forestry, environmental science, or related fields.</li><li>Bonus: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean/Six-Sigma Certification.</li><div><br></div><div><b>Project Management Education: </b>Mast Reforestation (Mast) supports your career path and growth within the Project Management Office (PMO).
