Position Description

Origis Energy is looking for a Contract -Site Representative to join our diverse and growing team. The ideal candidate, reporting to the Site Representative Manager, will be focused on the on-site oversight and support for the Origis project team and acts as the Origis site ambassador for our project related trade partner(s). Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, administrating the Origis QAQC program, monitoring & accurately reporting project construction progress and verifying that the work being performed complies with all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and reporting of site safety and environment programs
  • Manage company site QAQC program
  • Participate in hiring and training of company site QAQC personnel while managing company site QAQC personnel
  • Report all negative observations to contractors
  • Daily QAQC inspections/verifications as well as verifying inspections completed by Origis QAQC techs
  • Daily attendance of POD with EPC and contractors on the project(s)
  • Generate POD notes to send upstream to the Origis Site Rep Manager and Project Manager
  • Receiving of materials procured by Origis, in coordination with the Origis Construction Logistics & Support Manager
  • Daily equipment inspections, if applicable
  • Complete & distribute weekly & monthly site progress reports
  • Compare site production and progress rates to milestone schedules and report any negative schedule impacts to the Project Manager
  • Weekly Deficiency tracking to contractor(s)
  • Complete weekly site SWPPP/Environmental observations. Log and report deficiencies to the responsible contractor
  • Vehicle and equipment inspection/maintenance of assigned vehicle(s)
  • Support turnover activities as needed
  • Support site transition to Origis Services team, if applicable
  • Drive the RCA and RFI process
  • Ensure all requirements, drawings and specifications have been made available by the manufactures, project manager, EOR to the contractor(s) to allow for accurate quality inspections and deficiency reporting. If unable to obtain these documents, work with Site Rep Manger or Project Manager to help acquire the needed information.
  • Verify and receive O&M Spare parts.

  • Other duties as assigned

 Location     Project assignments will be made by the Director, Construction Operations and this is a full-time site-based position.  Origis leadership may elect to move Site Rep at the discretion of Origis and as needs arise. We are currently looking for Contract - Site Representatives for Odessa, TX, Wheatland, IN and Williston, FL.
