The role will be based in our Bangalore, India office, reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations. This position will be responsible for analytics around demand and supply metrics for the company, and developing deep-dive dashboards for sell-through analysis, change in market trends, etc. The ideal candidate needs to be highly analytical with a strong background and understanding in data analysis and business targets attainments. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in analytics and BI dashboard automation is a must.</div><div> </div><div>What you will be doing</div><ul><li>Work with a major sales region in collaboration with the Sales GM of that region to maximize revenue generation and attain corporate revenue targets.</li><li>Analyze customer Point of Sale and Channel Inventory data.</li><li>Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing supply chain tools and automation.</li><li>Delve into market share and competitive intelligence in regional markets.</li><li>Provide detailed quantitative analysis in support of identifying sales opportunities to drive Enphase’s opportunity/funnel management.</li><li>Collaborate with supply planning team &amp; product managers to drive alignment on new products planning, product transitions, and supply constraints.</li><li>Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally throughout the entire company, including sales, finance, supply planning, pricing, and PLM teams.</li></ul><div>Who You Are and What You Bring</div><div><ul><li>B.Tech/Master’s required with knowledge of supply chain and business analytics experience, preferably in complex Solar or High-Tech industry multi-tiered channel environment.</li><li>Advanced skills with MS Excel and data manipulation are a must. QlikView, Tableau, Incorta, SQL, and SFDC experience preferred.</li><li>You appreciate a good spreadsheet, are comfortable with big data sets and are meticulous in your metrics.</li><li>Very process-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgment - comfortable with data-driven insight seeking.</li><li>Organized with strong work ethic, detailed, and metrics driven approach. Very process oriented and aware with a bias toward accuracy and precision.</li><li>Bachelors BTECH/Master’s from Tier-1 colleges (CGPA – 7+/70%) with about 1-3 yrs of experience. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div> </div>
