Your mission
  • You coordinate various wet-chemical areas in hydrometallurgy.
  • You take over the technical and personnel management of a team of experts and are responsible for the further development of the team.
  • You will coordinate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the hydrometallurgical process runs smoothly.
  • You will be responsible for the effective management of risks and problems during the commissioning of complex projects in your area.
  • You will lead and motivate the team of professionals to achieve the set targets and ensure continuous improvements.
  • You work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to find holistic solutions for a sustainable recycling process.
  • You support the implementation of new processes and technologies to optimize the recycling or processing of battery materials.
  • In all tasks, you will always consider economic issues and work towards the company mission.
Your profile
  • You have at least 10 years of professional experience, including relevant experience in the management of a laboratory or in the coordination of larger teams.
  • You have a degree in chemistry, process engineering or chemical engineering, ideally with a doctorate.
  • You have extensive experience in inorganic chemistry and/or hydrometallurgy.
  • Sound knowledge of the recycling or processing technology of battery materials is desirable.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • You have a collaborative leadership style, coupled with the ability to inspire teams and successfully lead them through complex projects.
  • You are highly motivated to further expand the hydrometallurgy division.
  • You bring flexibility and adaptability to our dynamic scale-up environment.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
