You take over the technical and personnel management of a team of experts and are responsible for the further development of the team.
You will coordinate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the hydrometallurgical process runs smoothly.
You will be responsible for the effective management of risks and problems during the commissioning of complex projects in your area.
You will lead and motivate the team of professionals to achieve the set targets and ensure continuous improvements.
You work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to find holistic solutions for a sustainable recycling process.
You support the implementation of new processes and technologies to optimize the recycling or processing of battery materials.
In all tasks, you will always consider economic issues and work towards the company mission.
Your profile
You have at least 10 years of professional experience, including relevant experience in the management of a laboratory or in the coordination of larger teams.
You have a degree in chemistry, process engineering or chemical engineering, ideally with a doctorate.
You have extensive experience in inorganic chemistry and/or hydrometallurgy.
Sound knowledge of the recycling or processing technology of battery materials is desirable.
You have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
You have a collaborative leadership style, coupled with the ability to inspire teams and successfully lead them through complex projects.
You are highly motivated to further expand the hydrometallurgy division.
You bring flexibility and adaptability to our dynamic scale-up environment.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
