What You’ll Do:

As a business development specialist in Temperature Control/HVAC solutions, your role will include:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring customers within industries that rely on advanced temperature control systems.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for HVAC equipment, temperature control solutions, and associated aftermarket services.

  • Market Penetration: Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the Temperature Control business fully.

  • Account Management: Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships.

  • Market Growth: Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business.

  • Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling principles to uncover the best customer solutions and ensure a high standard of customer service.

  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage customer activities, quotes, leads, and other key data effectively.

  • Process Compliance: Follow Aggreko’s sales process and comply with all CRM and CPQ processes.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience in a technical selling environment

  • Experience working with HVAC/Temperature Control equipment

  • Positive customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to interact in a team environment

  • Proven time management, planning, and organisational skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and build trust
