We are seeking a smart, motivated team player to take on the role of Sales and Solutions Engineer. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a lead technical resource on customer and partner engagements
Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations
Define and develop the technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses and proposals
Perform on-site assessments with the goal of identifying how Vigilent solutions can deliver value and improve overall site operations
Work with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and drive product improvements
Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments
Participate in conferences and regional events
Conduct product training sessions for customers and sales team members
Provide post-sales support to the operations team, and help with troubleshooting as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Belief that technology, business and a healthy planet are compatible
Confident self-starter who can work independently
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions
Strong technical background (B.S. Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or equivalent) and analytical skills
