In this role, you will: <ul><li>Dive into the Business Environment: Support our financial accounting and controlling team in preparing and analyzing individual and consolidated financial statements, developing budgets and forecasts, and implementing innovative finance systems that will further digitize our processes.</li><li>Take on Meaningful Responsibilities: Own key accounting processes and controls while leading subprojects aimed at digitizing our finance department. Your Skills What We’re Looking For: <ul><li>Education &amp; Experience: You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Accounting, Financial Controlling, or a related field, having completed at least four semesters. Prior experience in finance teams is a plus and will enhance your understanding of our operations.</li><li>Technical Know-How: You possess a foundational understanding of financial statement preparation (HGB, US-GAAP, or IFRS) and have solid Excel skills.
