In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for Gotion’s technical and non-technical roles, ensuring we have the right talent pipeline to support our rapid growth. Greenhouse) and candidate relationship management tools.</li><li>Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.</li></ul>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $90,000 + 15% bonus + benefits + relocation. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, candidate and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
