Whether their data lives in business applications, databases, data warehouses, or business intelligence solutions, business users can easily work with this data without IT involvement.</p><p>Using Coefficient, business teams can be more effective with company data that’s connected, automated and performant in the most familiar and flexible analytics product – their spreadsheet. By meeting users where they are, companies can now reduce friction between IT and business teams to drive higher efficiency and growth.</p><h2>Job Description</h2><p>We are looking for our founding Revenue Operations teammate. This role is the first of its kind at Coefficient. As the first teammate in the role, you’ll be expected to own our tool stack and generally handle all aspects of operations for our growing Sales, Support, Success, and Marketing teams. The right candidate does not shy away from a challenge, is a natural self-starter, and produces work at an exceptionally high bar. This role will be a close partner to our COO and sales &amp; marketing leadership. <strong>We have a hybrid work setup, and this role will be in the Austin office 3 days per week.</strong></p><p> </p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Partner with leadership on our sales teams and be the point person for all topics related to reporting, process optimization, systems, and execution.</li><li>Support our individual sales team members and proactively anticipate their needs, allowing us to consistently hit our attainment targets.</li><li>Own all weekly forecasting and metrics review meetings.</li><li>Own and optimize all of our customer-facing team tools.
