The Sales & Marketing team is now seeking a dynamic, hands-on marketing professional, to join the team as Head of Brand Marketing.

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall development of strategies and execution of the company’s Brand Strategy. The mandate is to distill and champion our brand to the market, clients and strategic external entities. It also to engage existing and future employees around our values and mission.

The role will report directly to the Marketing Director and to succeed will require close collaboration with all Marketing heads as well as the wider Sales &Marketing team and Senior leadership group.

Some of the objectives include:

  • Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market, develop and report on a brand measurement index; including tracking of sentiment, mentions, customer perception, spot changes in sentiment, and brand visibility
  • Advise and lead on the adoption of new and innovative marketing channels digitally and physically
  • Effectively manage brand marketing strategies to strengthen Rystad Energy brand recognition in all markets and across key and relevant segments
  • Further strengthen Rystad Energy`s brand identity, architecture, and messaging across all touchpoints and channels
  • Develop and oversee the internal communications function, including employer branding
  • Develop a strong brand culture internally by empowering brand champions across the organization through curated, engaging, insightful, and educational brand content
  • Oversee the Design function, including defining the brand visual identity digitally and physically; including consistency in visual expressions, format and content across all marketing channels
  • Facilitate the consistency of messaging, the use of language and tone of voice across the company
  • Identify, develop and oversee relevant and opportunistic brand partnerships globally for Rystad Energy
  • Responsible for the corporate events strategy including strategic choice of venues, partners, look and feel and employee experience

Qualifications

  • +9 years of Marketing experience of Brand marketing. Relevant experiences in partnerships, design, content creation, advertising and influencer marketing needed
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills required
  • Leadership experience required
  • Experience presenting and pitching to Senior stakeholders at C-Suite level required
  • Willingness to both lead a team and execute campaigns
