Works with other subject matter experts and developers to Develop new tools from concept to implementation that enhance existing processes or solves challenges for the Company. Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of the Planning process Provide technical assistance and consulting to other departments as necessary. Work with vendors, contractors and consultants to develop and automate tools and applications Assists in software product design, providing feedback to developers, performing testing of new features, and providing support to end users. Responsible presenting to Upper Management, Executives and Regulatory Commissions.
