As a Senior Partner & Business Development Manager at LiveEO you will drive long-term revenue growth and maximize return on investment by expanding and scaling partnerships in the high-touch portfolio. Your challengeMarket Research & Analysis
Conduct research to identify and prioritize partnership opportunities based on quantitative indicators such as market size, fit, and revenue potential
Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure the company is positioned to capture emerging partnership opportunities
Partner Development & Qualification
Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners through both inbound qualification and outbound outreach to new partner segments
Qualify inbound partnership inquiries by assessing their alignment with the company’s goals and ability to contribute to long-term revenue
Partnership Growth & Scalability
Design and implement scalable incentive models (referral, resell, co-sell) tailored to different partner segments
Nurture and graduate new partners into the high-touch portfolio through effective onboarding, joint planning, and enablement initiatives
Revenue & Deal Management
Build, negotiate, and close partner agreements to ensure a steady flow of revenue-driving opportunities
Work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing, and product to align partnership efforts with broader company goals
Own scalable partnerships or ensure smooth onboarding of high-touch partners to your team member
8+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or sales, with a demonstrated ability to scale partnerships and drive revenue
Proven experience in building and managing partnerships and complex deals, with a focus on scalability, long-term growth and return on investment
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in developing and managing partner incentive models (e.g., referral, co-sell, resell)
Demonstrated success in leading outbound partnership development efforts
Knowledge of market research tools and techniques to prioritize opportunities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages: Spanish, German, French would be a plus.
