About Position:

We’re looking for a full-cycle recruiter who is passionate about building teams and who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will partner with the Head of People to set and execute the recruiting strategy, build and manage the headcount plan, and own the recruiting process from job description drafting, to sourcing, all the way through offer.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee Patch’s recruiting strategy and headcount plan, growing Patch’s team from 70 to >100 in the next year

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high priority roles, including job description drafting, sourcing, screening, internal coordination, offer and closing

  • Partner closely with senior leaders across all functions on organizational design, hiring, and recruiting operations

  • Facilitate a world-class candidate experience that results in a successful close rate of our top candidates

  • Articulate our business and technology to build relationships with the best talent in the world

  • Manage recruiting operations, including tooling, reporting, and goal setting

  • Source and attract a diverse candidate pool that delivers on Patch’s DEI ambitions

  • Contribute to other People-related projects such as onboarding and employee experience

Who You Are: 

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting role

  • Successful track record of sourcing candidates at a high-growth, fast-paced startup

  • A startup operator who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively to support Patch’s most important business needs

  • A phenomenal written and verbal communicator

  • Passionate about Patch’s vision to rebalance the planet

  • Early stage experience at high growth startup

  • You are currently located in the Bay Area and able to work out of our San Francisco, California, office a few days a week
