Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator at Culdesac, you will be an integral part of our community outreach initiative. You will help oversee our retail pop up shop's day-to-day operations, and ensure we drive community engagement and experience. You will be part of a company that uses our diverse skills to create beautiful harmony between tech, real estate, and mobility.

How you will make an impact:

• Coordinate, oversee, and maintain daily operations of multiple systems and spaces.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with team members and clients, with a commitment to service.
• Continuous facilities maintenance and effective completion of various tasks at our retail space, company office, outdoor space, and beyond. Willing to repair and fix broken items.
• Willing to jump in and support various projects to support overall company mission.

How you will be successful:

• Self-directed professional with at least 1 year of small business operations experience.
• Experience managing a retail or highly used space, ensuring the safety of people and assets.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and collaborate with staff.
• Strong organizational abilities, including planning, and completing workload.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet all deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
