<div><span style="font-size:16px;">Redaptive is looking for a Finance Associate, FP&amp;A for its India team to work closely with its U.S, global leadership and India FP&amp;A team. </span></div><br><br><h3>Job Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Contribute to the development of the annual operating expense budget and monthly forecasts to drive longterm strategic business decisions across the organization</li><li>Prepare and continue to improve monthly cash flow forecasts</li><li>Have comprehensive understanding of the Company KPIs</li><li>Support the preparation of the monthly reporting package that analyzes budgeted/forecasted results against actual financial performance, clearly interpreting and documenting variances, and cost drivers</li><li>Assist with internal and external presentations that articulate the company’s financial performance </li><li>Partner with U.S. FP&amp;A team to perform ad-hoc corporate financial planning &amp; analysis as requested</li><li>Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements </h3><ul><li>Financial modeling experience</li><li>Budgeting/forecasting experience</li><li>Variance analysis experience</li><li>Highly experienced in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis</li><li>Capability to work in a hybrid environment </li><li>Experience in using Pigment preferred but not required</li><li>Keen interest in contributing to environmental sustainability and green energy</li><li>Ability to work in flexible working hours</li></ul><h3>Education and Experience </h3><ul><li>2 to 3 years of relevant FP&amp;A experience</li><li>Chartered Accountant, MBA degree in Finance - good to have</li></ul><br>
