THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you on the lookout for a role that speaks to your passion for analytics and data structuring?  

Our Sales Operations team has a spot for a Working Student to support with essential data processes and deriving strategic insights that will play a crucial role in empowering our organization. In this cross-functional role reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will find yourself collaborating with different stakeholders across NavVis, allowing you to gain insights into different aspects of our business and sales strategy.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You will be responsible for cleaning up and maintaining data to ensure high integrity across our CRM  
  • You will support our Sales teams in building and optimizing our sales territory structures and segmentation  
  • You will help conduct win-loss analysis to drive business insights  
  • You will play an active part in implementing process improvements based on analytics  

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • You are currently enrolled in a university degree in Business Studies, Business Analytics or Finance 
  • You bring advanced skills in MS Excel, with a proven ability to extract and manipulate data, work with multiple data sources, and combine information to generate analytical insights 
  • You have previous experience driving or supporting business analytics projects 
  • Initial experience with PowerBI or any other BI tool, and familiarity with a CRM system would be an advantage 
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration in an international context
