Responsibilities:

• Management and development of the maintenance team

• Planning and control of personnel deployment and maintenance

• Planning and controlling the maintenance budget

• Analyzing malfunctions and improving system performance

• Close coordination with production and other parties involved (internal/external)

• Transparent documentation of maintenance measures

Qualifications:

• Completed technical training and further education, e.g. master craftsman, technician m/f/d

• Several years of professional experience in the field of maintenance

• On-call duty

• Good MS Office skills

• Initial management experience

• Independent, structured way of working and assertiveness
