Your main tasks will be:<ul><li>Design, develop, and extend full-stack web applications in a SaaS environment</li><li>Implement new features and drive integration efforts for a high-quality user experience</li><li>Manage data exchange with other services within our environment</li><li>Gather new ideas on how to make our product better and extend our dynamic team to improve our platform</li><li>Work closely with product management, engineering, and DevOps colleagues to build features, resolve issues, and perform testing related to customer-facing high-traffic services and applications in a fast-paced and collaborative agile team while owning your solution from development to production</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver, test, and maintain solutions from development to production</li><li>Create technical specifications and concepts, translating feature requests into robust applications</li><li>Coaching and mentoring for junior engineers within the team</li></ul> Your profile Essential Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years’ experience in object-oriented programming on JVM (Java, Kotlin preferred).</li><li>Extensive insights into the Spring Framework, its internals and modules like Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security and its inner workings with other parts of the framework</li><li>Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular 2+, CSS/SASS, Typescript, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or Neo4J.</li><li>Ability to independently design, implement, and maintain features based on product specifications and customer feedback.</li><li>Ability to formulate tasks from feature specifications by our product team or feature requests by our customers</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Team-oriented leadership abilities with experience mentoring other developers.</li><li>Cloud environment experience (GCP, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture with Kubernetes is a strong plus.</li></ul> What we offer you What You Can Expect:<ul><li>Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We recognize and reward talent.
