Your responsibilities:

  • You will lead the assigned sales team to achieve the overall budgeted business targets. 

  • You will lead the sales team to align the whole marketing & sales operation policy and procedure. 

  • You will facilitate and manage the collaboration between various stakeholders, e.g. sales team & LBU/JV factories, etc. 

  • You will ensure the living Group’s core values of safety and integrity of the sales team, team management and people development. 

  • Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

 

Your background:  

  • You hold bachelor / master's degree in engineering related major, especially in power, automation or electric, MBA related as plus. 

  • More than 8 years in sales and 3+ years sales team management experience.

  • Strong leadership, frustration threshold & business results driven. 

  • Team management and people development experience. 

  • Good in MS Office skills. 

  • Adapt to frequent travel. 

  • Proficiency in English communication.
