We are recruiting a number of summer interns to join our New York City Office where you will gain unique insight into the brokering business, the people who perform that role, our industry and what you could expect from a full-time role.

What You Can Expect:
Our 10-week internship immerses you in both Global Broking and Operations, offering exposure to the full trade lifecycle—from client onboarding to trade settlement.
You’ll engage in tasks like operating trading platforms, producing market reports, updating trade records, and shadowing senior brokers, gaining a well-rounded understanding of financial markets and trade processes.

Daily Tasks May Include:
Working with assigned desks to operate various trading platforms and applications.
Gaining an overview of and exposure to market pricing models.
Coordinating with various desks to produce global daily market reports.
Updating and managing daily trade capture reports.
Keeping trade records accurate and up to date.
Shadowing senior brokers on assigned desks to learn client interaction and trade execution strategies.
Assisting operational teams with trade reporting, settlement, and reconciliation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
What we require from you:
You will have an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
Independent, self-motivated, with ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate.
Strong analytical, prioritization and organizational skills.
Possess strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with a diverse team.
Prior exposure of Microsoft Office suits (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Summer intern program dates are Tuesday, June 3 to Friday, August 8.
We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.
