Responsibilities:

• New customers, new project development, including customer demand analysis, business and technical negotiations.
• According to the work workstream of project management, led the project team to complete the work of the project from design, development, testing, quotation, trial production and mass production etc.
• Achieve KPI target including sales volume, gross margin and payback ratio.
• CRM management to ensure customer order share.
• Establish and maintain customer relationship to ensure customer's continuous support to the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, international commercial major,  industrial and commercial administration.etc.
• At least 5 years experience in sales deaprtment or Project management department.
• Familiar with the commercial business and products development process.
• Familiar with the Project managent process.
• Good english skill
