Responsibilities:

• Engage in comprehensive finance and accounting projects which may include asset management, record retention, ERP data accuracy, automation, others as needed
• Execute daily and monthly routine tasks, including vendor and customer account maintenance, spending analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
• Work closely with experienced finance and accounting professionals to gain valuable insights into supporting accurate financial records and compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data

Qualifications:

• Proactive and analytical student enrolled in a business, finance or accounting degree program
• Excited to contribute to projects that sharpen your technical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate or above Microsoft Excel skills
• Available to start in spring or summer 2025 at our Durham (NC) site
• Sophomore or above undergraduate or graduate student
• Majors: Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or other related majors considered based on experience
• GPA: Preferred 3.0 or above. Exceptions may be based on experience and institution
• Fluency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
