The team you will lead is responsible for the conceptual development and design of electronic modules, devices, and systems, as well as performing the necessary calculations and simulations to meet our specifications. The Electronics Team also plays a key role in designing and building test setups and prototypes to validate design concepts.</div><div><br></div><div>You add to our existing product development expertise with your experience and your proficiency in the fields of Electronics Design, design analysis and simulation, engineering test and field reliability analysis. Familiarity with relevant industry standards like ISO 26262 or ASPICE is beneficial.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer- and quality-focused mindset.</li><li>Creativity, curiosity and enthusiasm for innovative mechanical and electronics solutions and assemblies for electric vehicles and Energy Storage Systems.</li><li>Preference for working in teams and excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
