About the Role and Team
We are adding a Sales Associate to our team to support our growing sales pipeline and operations. Reporting to the Chief of Staff for the Services Team, this individual will work closely with leadership and others involved in our sales process to support origination, outreach, and proposal development, while building and improving our sales processes, metrics, and operations for future scalability. This is a first-of-its-kind role at Euclid and is an exciting opportunity to lay foundations for future growth.
What You’ll Do:
Strategy & Closing Support
- Support account leads on customer calls, including engaging in need-finding and discovery of path forward, tracking updates in HubSpot, and diligently communicating and following through on next steps.
- Lead proposal generation and closing with the support of account leads, including scoping, pricing, and overall proposal delivery and follow-ups.
- Execute and contribute to overall sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Diligently identify, track, pursue, and complete or hold others accountable to next steps for advancing deals.
- Support and lead prospecting efforts for new customers, including warm and cold outreach, lead qualification, and timely follow-ups.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with prospective customers, keeping them informed on next steps and expectations and addressing their questions and concerns.
Sales Operations
- Manage our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure that it is the single source of truth for customer pipeline, interaction, and progress, including establishing metrics, reporting, automations, and dashboards to support cross-team visibility and strategic decision-making.
- Identify areas of repeatability in our sales cycle and establish stage-appropriate processes, best practices, scripts, and templates to improve our internal efficiency and scalability.
- Report on & share sales metrics internally on a regular cadence and pose questions to promote strategic discussions and decision-making.
- Proactively pursue buy-in, communicate, and solicit feedback about sales process changes to involved stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in sales, business development, customer experience, or operations roles within the commercial & industrial or utility-scale solar & storage industry.
- General knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle - including key project value drivers, project development, financing, deployment, and asset management.
- Experience working with and customizing CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience identifying, collecting, organizing, and analyzing business data to inform needs and growth strategies.
- Experience working in fast paced environments where business needs are perpetually evolving.

The starting base salary for this role is between $130,000 and $150,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as education, experience, skills, and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
