The Analytics Solutions team, part of Vattenfall IT, has members in our offices in Stockholm, Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg and Katowice. We provide solutions to Vattenfall departments primarily in Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands, so travelling between our office locations can be part of the job. 
 
What will you do? 

As a Scrum Master in the Finance Analytics domain at Vattenfall, you will be part of a team of Scrum Masters that has oversight and responsibility for an agile team culture. 

Being an integral part of DevOps teams tasked with designing, developing, and supporting analytics solutions that directly impact financial steering, planning, and forecasting. Working alongside business experts and demand organization together with data engineers and solution designers your role will largely involve fostering transparency and empirical process control in the whole organization. Facilitating Agile practices, supporting continuous improvement, and communication delivering value-driven solutions is equally important. 


Your tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Supporting Product Owner(s) in effective Product Backlog management and in understanding and applying agile principles.
  • Facilitating discussions between different Business Units, and supporting work prioritization.
  • Supporting Development Team and Product Owner with applying data-driven decision-making based on metrics.
  • Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Facilitating Scrum teams in their regular meetings (daily meetings, retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions).
  • Fostering culture of learning and innovation within the teams. 
  • Ensuring Scrum is understood and enhanced.
