What you’ll do

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer’s problems and how our platform can meet those needs.
  • Own the technical aspects of our sales process, serving as the subject matter expert on our product and customer value.
  • Develop strong customer relationships; be seen not just as our product expert but an advisor on climate strategy in general.
  • Serve as the strategy nucleus for ClimateAi: assess new segments, establish the GTM motion, and execute initial sales.
  • Serve as the voice of customer in product development.
  • Drive key growth initiatives, including pricing, channel partnerships, market insight, and customer discovery.
  • Help build the Solutions function: define and drive processes that will enable us scale.
  • Grow with us. We view this role as a foundational element of our business team, with opportunities to grow in Solutions, Product, Business Operations, Business Development, Partnerships, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in structured problem solving with customers, as evidenced by 2+ years experience in management consulting, an MBA, or similar.
  • Comfort with ambiguity - take problems without a clear answer and define an answer using practical assumptions and defensible logic.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly, including technical topics (e.g. data science concepts), as evidenced by cross-functional professional experiences.
  • Open to diverse experience levels, from 3+ years in a fast-paced environment (e.g. management consulting, start-up) to 5-7 years with an MBA.
  • Background and/or network in Food & Agriculture, climate science, or data science is a plus.
  • Most importantly, a passion for climate change solutions.
