Ensure equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturers recommended standards and fit for use by directing staff in daily operations. Make sure that the facility equipment is in good order and scheduled maintenance is performed on time.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>General Repair and maintenance of building and grounds</li><li>Manage the maintenance software for PM and daily facilities requests</li><li>Assist management with planning and construction of partition walls and other changes to the building configuration</li><li>Maintain excellent communication and working relationship with all employees within the company</li><li>Comply with, and assist management in the enforcement of all company safety policies and regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA and DOT</li><li>Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include; plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drain, shop, and ground equipment</li><li>Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door/window hardware, and wall painting &amp; touch up</li><li>Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work place</li><li>Involves movement between areas within the building, floors, and facility to facilitate work</li></ul>Education and Work Experience Requirements:<ul><li>High school education or equivalent</li><li>5-10 years of working experience in facilities maintenance</li><li>Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision</li><li>Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented</li><li>Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task</li></ul>Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions:<ul><li>Ability to push/lift 75 pounds</li><li>Ability to climb ladders</li><li>Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require</li><li>Ability to work in extreme temperatures · Working in high noise levels requiring hearing protection</li><li>Working around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, paints</li><li>US person</li></ul>**$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS**  Salary Range: $49,300.00-$65,700.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
