Responsibilities:
- Gain practical experience in industrial controls troubleshooting, power distribution, and PLC programming.
- Apply educational knowledge to real-world manufacturing situations.
- Complete electrical work orders with high craftsmanship, supported by the electrical maintenance team.
- Utilize and improve a CMMS for managing preventive and corrective work orders.
- Conduct root cause analysis of electrical system failures to propose solutions and prevent failures.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Electrical Systems Technology, Industrial Control Systems Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of electrical power distribution and industrial control systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information and collaborate with team members of all technical levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to group efforts and supporting colleagues.
