The JobAs the Client Success Manager you will develop meaningful client relationships by thoughtfully supporting and advising clients on the implementation, adoption, and continued use of Omnidian Direct to Owner products and services.

What You’ll Do

  • ONBOARDING: Lead administrative onboarding for new dealers 2 weeks from start date
  • TRAINING: Lead Activate portal training, support FSP training and fleet onboarding 4 weeks from start date
  • RETENTION: Owns dealer retention and ongoing marketing efforts for assigned dealers 6 weeks from start date
  • REPORTING:  Responsibility for and complete ownership of sales pipeline metrics 8 weeks from start date
  • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Manages 50% signed dealers 12 weeks from start date

Who You Are

  • Strong phone, written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in Metric Reporting
  • Fundamental understanding of Solar System Major Components and Brands
  • Active, empathetic listening skills and curiosity to develop, respond to, and champion an understanding of our customers and their needs
  • Positive, team-first attitude and track record of being an invaluable partner to salespeople, engagement managers, and other colleagues
  • Passion for our mission, sustainability, and helping drive a renewable energy future
  • Familiarity with customer review software “Delighted”
  • Experience working in Asana
  • Excel/Domo Experience
  • Direct Experience working with Omnidian Clients a plus
