The Production Supervisor will ensure the efficient and safe operation of our fusion energy production facility while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will report directly to our Senior Manager of Capacitor Manufacturing at our Everett, WA location.<ul><li>Manage the daily activities of the production team, including scheduling, workload distribution, and performance monitoring</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, including radiation protection and environmental guidelines</li><li>Maintain quality control procedures to exceed industry standards</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and technicians to increase production processes and improve overall efficiency</li><li>Empower technicians to accomplish their full potential through open discussions about their professional delivery of important feedback</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities, inventory, and equipment maintenance</li><li>Identify and address production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and other challenges to ensure efficient production</li><li>Help develop and implement production budgets and forecasts</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>5+ years of demonstrated experience in assigning tasks, overseeing performance, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and design requirements. </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with multiple teams.</li><li>Demonstrated conflict management and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Developed, implement, and enforce processes to assemble, test, and troubleshoot electromechanical components.</li><li>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask, comfortable with changing work environments and priorities.</li><li>Demonstrated experience designing efficient work centers.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in motivating teams, collaborating across departments, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.</li><li>Manufacturing and supervisory experience preferred.</li></ul>#LI-Onsite  <div><div><div>Compensation and BenefitsAt Helion, we are committed to fostering a fair and equitable environment in every aspect of our operations, including compensation.
