In cooperation with Earth Advantage, Strategic Energy Innovations (SEI) is partnering with a diverse group of organizations to develop an Oregon Climate Equity Project (Project) to help diversify the climate movement in the State of Oregon and strengthen BIPOC leadership in climate policy advocacy and development. The Fellow will address diversity gaps in Oregon’s building energy efficiency and clean energy workforce. Their Fellow will:

  • Develop workforce development training with a focus on the underserved populations
  • Provide training delivery support for Earth Advantage’s existing pre-apprenticeship workforce development training sessions that serve BIPOC communities
  • Support outreach and advocacy to advance equitable participation in the state's building energy code decision-making process.
