The role

We seek a creative and versatile Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key player in our efforts to build brand awareness and drive growth in the UK and US markets, you will create a wide range of high-quality designs to support our marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, ABM strategies, and event activations. Your work will ensure a consistent and compelling visual identity across all touchpoints, from digital assets to print materials.

What you'll be doing

  • Brand Identity & Design Systems

    Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for the company, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. This includes establishing design systems, colour palettes, typography, and imagery that align with the brand’s voice and mission.

  • Digital Design

    Design digital assets for various platforms such as website visuals (banners, landing pages), webinars (banners, slides, promotional materials), and display ads (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Print Design

    Design materials for offline marketing such as brochures, flyers, and case studies; Trade show booth materials (banners, posters, etc.) Sales enablement tools (presentations, product sheets)

  • Event & Trade Show Design

    Create high-impact visuals for in-person events such as Trade show booth designs, Promotional signage, posters, digital screens and Swag (t-shirts, giveaways, etc.)

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand the needs of the business, translating them into compelling design solutions that drive engagement and conversions.

What you'll bring

  • Proven Experience:

    At least 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably focusing on marketing, branding, and digital design.

  • Strong Portfolio:

    A diverse portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design across multiple mediums, including digital, print, and event materials. The portfolio should showcase creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and various design styles.

  • Design Tools Proficiency:

    Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Sketch, Figma, and other web and digital design software.

  • Web & Email Design Skills:

    Experience designing web assets (banners, landing pages, social media) and email templates, with a good understanding of responsive design best practices.

  • Event Design Experience:

    Experience designing for events and trade shows, including booth design and print materials, with a strong understanding of space and user experience.

  • Bonus Skills:

    • Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

    • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and web design tools is a plus.

    • Understanding of HTML/CSS for email or web design is a bonus.
