In this role, you will craft impactful joint offerings with partners and grow revenue through their platform. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with partners, unlocking business potential in emerging markets. What’s even more exciting is that you will develop demand-generation strategies to grow pipelines and achieve sales success. You will ensure partner teams are trained and certified to deliver top-tier solutions on their platform.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in product and analytics solution campaign management. Experience working with regional systems integrators, consulting firms, resellers, and distributors and strong strategic planning, execution, and people management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Pipeline Growth & Sales Closure: Manage pipeline growth, driving sales closure in South Africa and selected Middle East and African countries through partner-led strategies
  • Joint Offerings Development: Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint offerings, working closely with analytics and industry teams to maximise impact
  • Deal Oversight: Oversee all partner-related deals, leveraging partner programs, assets, and resources to ensure successful execution
  • Demand Generation: Develop and implement demand generation initiatives, fostering new growth opportunities for the multi-cloud data platform
  • Enablement & Certification: Plan and manage partner enablement programs, including skill certification to support the deployment of analytics solutions based
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales engineers, analytics specialists, customer success teams, and partner program managers to align objectives and strategies
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and extended partner networks to support business success in partner-led regions
  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Drive revenue growth by aligning partner efforts with the company's strategic objectives and reporting directly to leadership
  • Solution Campaign Management: Identify, design, and manage solution campaigns with partners, ensuring alignment with regional goals and best practices
  • Executive Engagement: Maintain a high degree of executive presence, navigating complex selling environments and fostering alignment between partner and company objectives
