As Director Sales & Operations, you will be part of the BU management team and translate the overall priorities into specific goals, activities and actions for your unit. Together with your team you will be responsible to run and significantly grow the E-Mobility business in Sweden towards a strong position in public charging and corporate charging. You will be Vattenfall's key country representative and ambassador for E-Mobility both internally and externally.
You will be responsible for:
- Sales, realizing strong growth by acquiring and servicing customers, partners and sales channels
- Build a position in public charging (high-power charging at destinations and urban areas) through investments in location partner sites and potential public tenders
- Fulfillment/delivery/installation to customers at high quality and customer satisfaction. Selection and management of local channels and suppliers (e.g. installers)
- Execution of local administrative processes, running a compliant business
- P&L target achievement
- Playing an active role in the E-Mobility management team and the achievement of collective results, contributing with your area of competence, unique perspective and engagement
- Manage, communicate, coordinate and supervise the department in its activities and performance. Having the responsibility to motivate, grow and develop a growing team of approximately 70 employees
You will report to the VP E-Mobility of Vattenfall.
