In a nutshell

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing an accounts payable team to ensure service delivery in accordance with the relevant Service Level Agreements and quality standards
  • Monitoring and reporting the team and process performance against agreed objectives and KPIs
  • Providing prompt and objective coaching in accomplishing goals, conducting performance reviews, and being actively involved in employee recognition  and development strategies
  • Identifying inefficiencies in the process and participating in/driving process improvement projects
  • Implementing a culture of continuous improvement within the team
  • Cooperating with various Eurofins departments and stakeholder management
  • Creating a friendly working environment which will attract and retain talent
  • Supporting transition projects
  • All other duties as needed or required per business requirement
