Job Description
In a nutshell
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Managing an accounts payable team to ensure service delivery in accordance with the relevant Service Level Agreements and quality standards
- Monitoring and reporting the team and process performance against agreed objectives and KPIs
- Providing prompt and objective coaching in accomplishing goals, conducting performance reviews, and being actively involved in employee recognition and development strategies
- Identifying inefficiencies in the process and participating in/driving process improvement projects
- Implementing a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Cooperating with various Eurofins departments and stakeholder management
- Creating a friendly working environment which will attract and retain talent
- Supporting transition projects
- All other duties as needed or required per business requirement
