We are seeking a highly skilled Data Automation Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions using UIPath, Databricks, and Microsoft tools such as PowerBI, VBA, Excel, and other automation technologies. Your expertise in automation and data handling methodologies will be essential in bridging gaps in system data flows and optimizing operational processes on a global scale.
Your main responsibilities are
Develop process automation solutions and participate in the full software development cycle, including coding, testing, implementation, and support.
Create reports in PowerBI as part of the automation solution deliverables.
Build reports to monitor the performance of automated processes to ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture expectations and continuous improvement.
Develop solutions to monitor and improve our data quality for various business processes.
Create and maintain documentation for automation and data processing solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of automated processes.
Implement design and coding standards, procedures, and policies.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data automation and RPA to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Work closely with our Data Analyst and other stakeholders to streamline data processing and analysis tasks, define automation requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions.
Support, consult, and participate in operational development projects by acting as a subject matter expert for the development and total delivery of an automation solution.
Act as a liaison for the Operations Excellence team in the Asia-Pacific region. This includes connecting other team members in the region to Operational Excellence materials and internal contacts.
You will shine in this role when you have:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in development with RPA and data toolsets: UIPath, Databricks, Python, and Microsoft tools such as PowerBI and VBA.
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices (e.g., GIT, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
Knowledge of database technologies and business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI).
Proactive, analytical, and goal-focused, with a can-do attitude.
Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies and proficiency in data manipulation, transformation, and visualization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and data processing.
Good collaboration skills in a global company, with the ability to interact with stakeholders from different cultures and at all levels of the organization.
Good communication and presentation skills.
