The Decarbonization Solutions Delivery Analyst’s role is to support customers through Rappel’s solutions delivery methodology.&nbsp; This person will support the delivery of customer engagements and coordinate cross-functional integration of Rappel's developers, subject-matter experts, and leadership.&nbsp; Core functions of this position will include developing materials for projects and customers, analyzing customer data, and supporting with methodology to most accurately transform customer primary data into Rappel’s standardized data collection. What you'll do:<ul><li>Support Rappel customers throughout the solution delivery process, utilizing the standard process, deliverables, templates, and dashboards developed for Rappel’s proprietary decarbonization methodology&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze and transform a wide range of customer primary data to fit Rappel’s standard data collection requirements using both Python and Excel as tools &nbsp;</li><li>Develop the client-specific written deliverables required for Rappel’s solutions&nbsp;</li><li>Refine and improve customer delivery strategies and deliverables for each Rappel solution with Delivery Manager, including delivery process, timeline, meeting structure, and deliverables&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Manage independent workstreams to support customer delivery through research on decarbonization levers and greenhouse gas accounting, reporting, and standards&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate effectively with customer counterparts on greenhouse gas emissions, potential decarbonization actions, and relevant trade-offs to develop actionable roadmaps&nbsp;</li><li>Work with Solutions team to identify customer pain points and product needs (voice of customer) to incorporate into product development&nbsp;</li><li>Support business development and sales conversations, including preparing presentations and proposal materials, responding to requests for proposals, participating in (and eventually leading) business development conversations, and coordinating steps as required&nbsp;</li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in relevant industry&nbsp;</li><li>2+ years of direct experience in management consulting and project delivery or in managing solutions delivery for a tech-enabled service, focused on engagements requiring strong client presence, team leadership, and project coordination&nbsp;</li><li>Direct experience in climate, sustainability, energy, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform duties of the job&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated strong, independent organizational and process management across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, both internal and external&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated active listening and proactive solutioning to identify customer pain points, and to ideate product features or delivery method changes that address and resolve those pain points&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient at combining and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and devise original solutions&nbsp;</li><li>Able to independently prioritize tasks and take initiative to deliver results, even in the face of evolving demands and challenges&nbsp;</li><li>Thrive in high performing team environment: clearly and confidently assert unique perspectives, proactively collaborate with team members, own individual workstreams while targeting and celebrating team success&nbsp;</li></ul>
