Being a Human Manager is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
  • Strategic HR Planning - Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the Nordic region, ensuring alignment with overall corporate HR strategies and objectives
  • Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management - Work with Talent Acquisition Partner to oversee recruitment processes for the Nordic region, ensuring the attraction of top talent across key roles, collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs, coordinate recruitment efforts, and support the selection and onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management - Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment. Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
  • Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance - Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and meet regional standards while aligning with corporate guidelines. Ensure HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and regulations across the Nordic countries, including employment contracts, working hours, health and safety, termination processes support obtaining documents needed for business trips.
  • HR Administration and Reporting - Oversee HR administration, including maintaining employee records, managing HR systems, and ensuring data accuracy. Prepare and submit HR reports to regional and corporate leaders, providing insights on headcount, turnover, recruitment, and HR initiatives.
Your profile
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HR information systems (HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt global policies to meet regional requirements
  • Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills across various functions and countries.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish - both at least C1
