Your mission
  • You coordinate our production processes in the area of post-processing and thus in hydrometallurgy.
  • You will ensure that all hydrometallurgical processes are implemented efficiently and properly.
  • You are responsible for the technical and personnel management and the further development of our Production team.
  • You will take responsibility for plant shutdowns and ensure that all processes run safely and without interruption.
  • You will contribute to ensuring occupational safety and quality in production.
  • You identify optimization potential and implement targeted measures to improve the efficiency and quality of our processes and systems.
  • You carry out regular data evaluations and can derive and present reports from these.
  • Based on your evaluations, you will make well-founded decisions to control and optimize processes.
  • You will work closely with other departments and promote a constructive exchange on technical and process-related topics.
Your profile
  • You have several years of professional experience, ideally in a manufacturing company.
  • You have successfully completed a degree in process engineering or a related field.
  • Previous knowledge of recycling or hydrometallurgy is an advantage.
  • With your analytical skills, you can understand complex technical processes and continuously develop them further.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility, flexibility and the ability to work in a team.
  • You work independently, carefully and are safety-conscious.
  • You are keen to work innovatively and contribute new ideas.
  • You are also motivated to work in our young company and further develop processes and standards.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
