We are seeking a passionate and strategic People & Culture Partner to support selected Head Office organizations at Stora Enso in driving our positive performance culture and delivering key people initiatives. As a key member of the People & Culture (P&C) team, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, working to align HR strategies with business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and support the growth and development of our talent. This role is an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with senior leadership to make a real impact. You will also have the opportunity to make an impact by working with other varied tasks and responsibilities within the Group People and Culture team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Your location will be in either Stockholm or Helsinki. We apply hybrid way of working, working from the office at least half of the working time.
Who are we looking for?
We value previous experience in a People & Culture/HR business partner or generalist role and a university degree in HR, Business or other relevant field. To succeed in the role you should have strong understanding of core HR functions, including talent management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
You are a skilled culture leader who has proven ability to understand business priorities and translate them into HR strategies and ways of working that drive results. As a P&C Partner you need strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and coach leaders and employees at all levels. We value ability to think critically, resolve complex issues, and make sound decisions based on data.
We are on a transformation journey and to succeed in this role you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
