Job Description

EnergyHub is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to become a product evangelist, helping us meet our revenue targets by effectively demonstrating the value of our products to the market. The ideal candidate must be analytical and able to conduct quantitative analyses, but also good at synthesizing and telling a captivating story to different audiences. Experience managing cross-functional projects is essential. Experience with utilities or energy efficiency is strongly preferred, but not required.   

What you will contribute:

  • Understand and support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users
  • Extract key insights from in-depth research of our market and solutions; develop internal tools, external collateral and RFP materials and teach external facing teams how and when to use them. 
  • Own the development process for narratives with relevant proof points demonstrating the value that our products bring to our clients, including not only the “what,” but the “why,” “how,” and “so what,” in the form of pitch decks, case studies, presentations, fact sheets, marketing collateral, and more
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for new features and products through collateral development, market research and competitive analysis
  • Work with Brand Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across channels and to develop content for events
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across the organization including but not limited to Product, Sales, Client Success, Market Development and Marketing

What you bring to EnergyHub:

  • 2+ years experience in marketing or working with utility energy efficiency or similar programs
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Passion for storytelling and impact
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency, demand response, DER programs preferred
  • Team player with the ability to work toward a common goal across all departments and levels
